The CC is an efficient customer relationship system offering easy, convenient and simple treatment for both CC employees and the users. The advantage of the CC is that reports with a unique identifier can be instantly viewed and monitored after their registration in the system until they are resolved, since the participants are notified by email of any events. Furthermore, the reports can also be checked and searched later on. The system provides an opportunity to produce precise and up-to-date statistics as well. The main task of the efficient Contact Centre is to serve the needs of the users within the shortest possible time and to support their everyday work.

The basic aim of the Contact Centre (CC) is to provide an access point offering permanent help for the users, primarily health visitors, of the IT systems developed by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, and allow the full administration and traceability of all occupational and IT reports and problems arriving via the web, phone or email from the target group.
