The “good practices” that win will be presented and published with the help of the health visitors at the final project conference, at other professional events and on the project’s website. To achieve this part of the project, the community development experts employed within the framework of the project will contact the health visitors to find out about successful initiatives in the area, discuss the details of the competition and the terms and conditions of taking part, as well as to provide help in laying the foundations for community cooperation.
